Coffee Van Business Licences and other inquiries

I was wondering what licences are needed to set up a coffee and tea van business. I am aware of casual trading licences from local municipal districts but was looking for a more national licence that would service a greater area such as the Ploughing and Festivals.

This is a college assignment so I need the cost of a licence as well as others I have already found such as a generator, the unit itself, public liability, cups, trays sleeves, van: vehicle, insurance, tax, petrol, card machine (portable), Percolators (Two), Single event trading fee and contents and equipment insurance.

Any advice and links would be appreciated

    About a million euro.

Plus a once off ‘doing your homework for you’ fee.

Theres no real licence as such, as you said casual trading but thats individual to each authority and often to a spot and time...
But to do festivals, it's pretty much health board approval, public liability and the fee for which ever festival..
