Buying used car - is myvehicle.ie any good?

I am looking to buy my first used car from a dealership and know little about cars, what to look for, etc. I will have someone coming with me, but they are no car experts either (nor do I know anyone who is, for that matter).
I found this website: myvehicle.ie However, I couldn't find a whole lot of reviews on this service. So was just wondering if anyone has experience with it and if its worth paying the price for their service? It looks quite useful to me, to just put in the reg number while looking at the car and have all information available, but just want to make sure this is actually useful, reliable and worth the price..

    Thanks

myvehicle.ie is just one of a few vendors offering a vehicle check service. Motorcheck.ie, cartell.ie, mywheels.ie, etc all offer a similar service. Each gets their data from different sources but remember that this information is only as good as what is available and should only be used in conjunction with having the car checked out properly by an experienced person who knows their way around cars or a mechanic.

At the end of the day a printout with a bit of information on a car is not the end all and be all when buying a used car. You also should do some research on the dealer too as their warranty is only as useful as how good they are at honoring it.

There is also a huge sticky thread at the top of this forum around buying a used car:
