Coffee hand grinder recommendations please

    I enjoy hand grinding my coffee beans.

    The knob on the handle of my hand grinder that was purchased from Amazon fell apart after just one month of daily usage.

    Can somebody please recommend a high quality hand grinder that can last many years? :)

    Could the knob be replaced or repaired?

    Hario is the obvious choice, for me. Skerton grinder or they have a mini one aswell.

    I was examining it to see if it could be repaired and it's possible but I realise now looking at reviews it happens them all, I mean the one I purchased.

    I like the quality look of the Hario I think I'll chance that one :)

    QMQ was brand I had, looks similar to Hario

    Had a Hario for years, but it's hard work. It's great value for money and does what it says on the tin. Got a Handground grinder as an xmas pressie two year ago. Gave away the Hario. Still wouldn't be aiming for espresso, but it's perfect for Aeropress etc. Expensive, but it'll last, and pay itself off.

    Amazon are very good with returns & refunds, they even pay your return postage by sending you a barcode label to print out and put on the package. Id be sending it back rather than take the hit yourself, especially as it broke after only a month

    I purchased it in middle of 2017 from Amazon. I only opened it and started using it a few weeks ago. I just checked my Amazon account I don't think its eligible for return refund now :(
