What are the supposed motives for all these lies they say have been told to us?

I mean, if the Earth really is " like a magic carpet, surrounded by a giant ice wall", why wouldn't we just have been told that?

Look I've said this before but the reason the earth looks round is because our eyes are round. If they were flat the earth look as it is...completly flat.

The point of the flat earth movement is to get you to question the narrative drip fed to you by the media, government and corporations.

Unfortunately this flew over the head of most gormless people its supposed to enlighten and instead became the go-to salt lick for the same people who drip feed from the media to make themselves feel smarter

The problem is that this is a genuine belief. But it can never be proven. Because everyone who finds the edge of the Earth falls off and is never seen again. I hope that chap has made his will.

My question, not being familiar with Flat Earth idealogy is whether it's square, rectangular or pizza shaped. I think we should be told. The cover up must be stopped.

I can't understand any fooking idiot thinking the world is flat, if you went on Donedeal and bought a €1000 boat with an engine and went straight out to sea you would after an hour or so see it's bloody round, how idiotic are these bloody fools.

I have heard different groups of these loons give different justifications for it. But most of them have a common conspiracy theme. Which is that the implications of a flat earth when every other planet is "round" - is that Earth was constructed by an intelligent agent.

Whether that agent be a god or an alien species or some government or whatever - hiding the true shape of the earth is meant to be motivated be hiding the truth of whoever is behind constructing it.

I simply refuse to believe that the people who run "flat Earth" sites/societies and the like actually believe this rubbish, but they know a gullible crowd when they see one.

A good salesman will sell you the most awful piece of crap that they wouldn't be seen dead in if it makes a sale.
