    Hi,

Can anyone give me an approximate price to get a new timing belt fit on a 2.0 TDCI diesel engine?

    Thanks

There are two timing belts on a S Max one dry and one wet and and it cost me E600 in a local garage

I think only the 1.8 tdci (and even then only some of them) has the wet belt.

We had an 08 S-max 1.8 tdci and local Ford main dealer quoted us €1500 to change the two belts.
Brought it to a local garage and it turned out there was only one belt in that model! Had it replaced and total was around the €500 mark.
