    Schalke v Galatasary +50 booking points 4/5

The ref for tonight's game Willie Collum likes to dish the cards out.
His previous 2 champions league games this season have shown 50 and 75 points and his average in Europe is 51.66pts.
The reverse fixture seen 40pts so hopefully this ref can go one better
    GL

    5 2nd half bookings ......winner !!!

Don't know if there's much value in Juventus to score first and win @ 0.73 regardless of the fact that it's somewhat safe.
Don't fancy Ronaldo as favourite to score unlike the bookies.

Edit: BTTS - No & Juve to win @ 1.45.

Valencia surely will win at home tonight 8/15, but thinking more of the lines of BTTS and over 2.5. Young Boys haven't failed to score in the Swiss league this season and play a very attacking brand of football and the only two games they failed to score in was against Juventus and United which is no disgrace. Valencia haven't won since September 29th but they know they have to win tonight to have any chance in the group with United in Turin but Young Boys won't be afraid to have a go which I think we'll make them open at the back and will give chances to Valencia's forwards while Valencia have been conceding plenty of chances in recent weeks but should have scored 5 or 6 last weekend in their loss to Girona.

Going big on over 2.5 at 3/4
    also over 3.5 2/1
    BTTS at 20/23

Roma haven't kept a clean sheet away from home in the Champions league since 2007!

    Anytime scorer's for CSKA
Chalov @21/10 - best price paddy
Vlasic @9/2 - best price boyle. 2 goals in the last 3.

Roma, Valencia and Lyon: Result + BTTS @40/1 looks like a tasty treble.

    Benfica v Ajax

    Ajax DNB 20/21

Benfica are in woeful form lately and think Ajax can get them on the counter

    Juventus v UTD

    Under 2.5 goals 4/5

Not a bet I like but can't see this being high scoring. Juve were far superior in the first game but only need a point to finish top of the group and Utd will probably have one eye on the derby the weekend and will line up defensively as a damage limitation exercise

    GL with your bets tonight

Excellent! I cashed out @36/1 odds on the 84th min. Hoff just seemed to dominate the game once they went down to 10 men. Couldn't risk it for the sake of €40. :D

Good tipping and fair play for cashing out . A lot of lads be tempted to stick it out for full return v 10 men . Ya be fair sick if ye did!

Two games I'm interested in tonight, first one is Celtic v RB Leipzig. Crucial game for Celtic as they were well beaten away to RB Leipzig in Germany and are currently three points behind them in the group so for Celtic it's crucial they turn Celtic Park into a fortress considering their dire away from in Europe. Since that loss in Germany though, Celtic have scored 10 goals in two games in league games and beat Hearts 3-0 in the semi-final of the Scottish league cup and conceded none and Rodgers seems to have got his Celtic team playing the way they did last season, much more fluent in attack. Leipzig, despite losing Naby Keita and on loan winger Ademola Lookman, haven't seemed to have derailed them at all this season. They haven't lost in the Bundesliga since losing to Dortmund early in the season and they have only failed to score in all but two games this season, which were recent enough against Schalke 04 and FC Augsburg (both 0-0's). Celtic know they will have to try and win the game tonight and that could fall into Leipzig's hands since they will play a counter attacking football tonight in order to exploits the spaces Celtic will give them. Bad news for Leipzig is Timo Werner isn't in the squad for the game and Yussuf Poulsen is also ruled out so they have a shortage up front but I'm going to go for Both Teams to score, Celtic's recent surge is attacking football will make this a very open game.

Big stake on both teams to score 4/6

Next game comes from group H where Lazio take on Marseille. This is more to do with the form Marseille have been in Europe and their recent loss to Montpellier which they completely self destructed in the second half to lose 3-0. Confidence looks fairly shattered and Lazio are going into this game after a hugely positive performance in Marseille which they fully deserved to win. Marseille have lost 4 of their 6 away games this season in Ligue 1 and even though they got to the Europa League final last season, they only won one game on the road which was against Athletic Bilbao in the last 16. A loss tonight for Marseille and they are basically eliminated out of the competition so they will have to take risks but Lazio will take this competition serious and I think they will prove too strong for their visitors tonight.

Lazio and over 1.5 goals 20/23
Small on Immobile to score/Lazio win 7/5

SkyBet offering 9/1 on Lumor Adbenyenu (Sporting CP) to be booked. 7/2 generally (not even listed on Paddy).

He may not start (bet void on Sky if so) but the temporary manager seems to like him and started him in the last game.

Total punt, but happy for the sweat if he's in the starting 11.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 330 ✭✭Wamble

Marcel Sabitzer (RB Leipzig) to be booked @5/1 (Bet365+Willhill)

4 yellows already this season coupled with a ref who has given at least 4 cards in every game he's been in charge. Important game too.

The smart bet would be a double on Over 3.5 cards + ravin magic's tip of both to score @8.5/5.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 330 ✭✭Wamble

Marin Tomasov (FC Assanta) ATG @ 9/2 Bet365. 17/10 generally!

Ludicrous price. Has scored in the last 4 consecutive home games.

    Kick off at 15.50, fyi.

Adding Bakkali (Anderlecht) @5/1 anytime for a 32/1 double for the 15.50 games.
