Heard a little patter of toddler feet behind me and big little sighs. I turned around and it was himself stark naked (he has discovered how to take off his nappy this week) walking through the house with every cushion he could find.

I followed him to the back of the house where he had the entire utility room decorated with cushions, blankets (from the back of sofas) and had managed to pull a rug in there to lie down on. I haven't a clue what he was up to, but he was very serious about it and the deep sighs of contentment and pensive faces as he figured out what to do next were a joy to witness. When I arrived in he had a few adult jobs lined up for me so I helped lift a few things to help him along the way, and he continued on creating that magical toddler world.

A nice lazy Sunday afternoon in my local Insomnia coffee shop just looking up random crap on my phone before heading home to cook up a nice chicken dinner and then chilling out in front of the TV for the evening watching Season 3 of Vikings on Amazon and the Castlevania animated series on Netflix.

Not having to work today. I'm catching up on a lot of little things I keep mean to do. Put stuff in the loft, clean out cupboards, simple yet satisfying.

I got the job! And they seem so much more professional than the agency I'm with, who have very little shifts that actually suit me

When you hear an old song and can’t stop replaying it.

Richard Marx - Hazard. Forgot how good it is!
