how to turn upstairs WAP off?

Hi all, I need to turn off the Wireless Access Point which distributes Wifi through the first floor (because of teenagers on devices while meant to be asleep!) I can't figure out how to do it so was wondering if one of you could help me? I attach a pic of teh WAP on the ceiling upstairs, and a picture of the box to show…

Maybe it didn't have any effect at all.

If you did the same for 2000 kids and they all turned out the same then maybe.

Otherwise it could be just co-incidence.
