You only give keys with them if you have Premium Parking, they will park it for you on your return the car should be ready for you to collect. With normal parking you park it yourself.

Cancel and rebook. Get on to Customer Service and they'll cancel it for you. For work purposes I've had to cancel a few parking bookings over the years and they've always been accommodating.
