Buying first house - Anyone know of French Park, Ornamore?

Hi Guys, I am thinking of buying my first apartment in Frenchpark, Oranmore. The 2 bed apartment is only 90k whereas other 2 beds in the area go for 110k+ Is anyone familiar with Frenchpark estate in Ornamore and what the quality of buildings are like? Thanks, Laura.

Hey Laura, did you end up moving to Frenchpark? I'm thinking of buying an apartment there myself and I'm wondering what the estate is like.
