Underground Metro - wi rents come down during works?

Hello,

With works expected on the Luas green line, does anyone know if this will bring the rents in areas like Sandyford and others who won’t have Luas service for a number of years?

It won’t be years. The line was designed for metro.

No rents won’t be affected.

I wouldn't bet the house on it happening at all.

A decision on the updated Metro route has already been delayed until some time next year. Quite likely the project won't start during the lifetime of the current government.
