    hi

Mercedes 2007 e-class rear passenger door. We have a fresh scratch on the 'door/scratch protector'

Can anyone tell me the correct name of that part? the horizontal strip that continues to front door.
Breakers yard is one option. Are there online options to get what I need?

    Thanks

Could you not get it repainted (if it’s body colour)

no, couple of deep scratches into the plastic strip.
it looks to be a replaceable part

You'll get one easily in a breakers yard but it is likely to be slightly scratched too as these suffer shopping trolley abuse. It's not a very expensive main dealer part, just make sure to replace any of the little plastic clips holding it on, they're a couple of pence each
