Claiming VAT back on a commercial vehicle

Hi,looked online, but can't find an answer, looking to upgrade van in January 2019,bought last van in September 16,and claimed Vat back, will i have any problems reclaiming Vat on new van, or is there a certain time has to elapse during both purchases?

No, you can buy as many vans as you want.

There will be a VAT implication on disposing of the old van. You will be able to claim back the vat on the new van less the vat on the trade in
