Ticketmaster problem

    Any advice would be appreciated. I purchased 2 westlife tickets last week for Croke park on July 6th. I chose e tickets option and was sent a confirmation email with my e tickets. However when I open the tickets there's no barcode on them for scanning. Anyone else have this problem? The money also has still not been taken from my account so I'm a bit worried, even though I have the receipt. I have tried emailing ticketmaster and calling them but no answer. Any help on what is going on or is anyone experiencing the same issue?

    Calling ticketmaster is a no go. Tweet them maybe.

    Tickets not available for download yet. What you are looking at is probably just a receipt.
