Which camera is better in terms of picture quality? Is there a better option for a phone within a max budget of 300 EUR? Camera is the main priority. Any advice much appreciated!

better camera on mi a2 . it probably has the best camera in a phone under 300 € if that's your priority as you say

having stock android is a bonus too even if you're not aware of it - no useless bloat apps and regular android updates. runs faster too as it has less software overlay.
