Modem mode broken Virgin hub 3?

    No Internet connection this morning on my hub 3.0 in modem mode, works fine in router mode. Was there a firmware update that ballsed up modem mode?

    Unfortunately at work now so can't check. Are you in modem mode too?

    Thanks. I think mine may be back up now - my orbi router just sent a push notification to my phone and I was able to log into it remotely. Funny I never remember it taking so long to sync before.
