    Looks like an acrylic render to me. Is the house externally insulated?

    Not sure tbh, it was a new build show house, I took the picture about a year ago.

    Thanks guys, would this be a more expensive option than standard nap finish ?

    Monocouche is definitely more expensive than sand cement render finish.

    It also comes with protective , colour properties too.

    Depending on brand you can get quite a nice acrylic finish without the monocouche brand price.
