    Dear RTE,

    I have issues with some of what you do. I enjoy your sport & current affairs coverage*, but most of the rest of what you broadcast is, let's say, not for me. Frankly, the majority of the time I spend watching your stations is because I'm following a thread on Boards, cos they make me laugh.

    You have slipped into a sad and lonely pattern of filling your schedule with lowest common denominator nonsense, and cheap cookery shows, and I feel the licence fee payer deserves better.

    To that end, I beseech you, just please please please pay Podge & Rodge to host the entire Halloween broadcast, like you did maybe 15 years ago.

    It would make up for quite a number of highly paid canteen interviews, and actual sheep on talkshows.
