I'm watching FightWorld at the moment on Netflix.

It's essentially a guy called Frank Grillo (actor) that goes to different countries to look at the different styles of fighting that they favour.
But it extends beyond the actual fighting to featuring some locals and looking at the local culture and how it influences the fighting style.

I wasn't expecting much from it, but it's great.

he was great in Kingdom (centred around and Californian MMA gym) which sadly is distributed by Virgin and only available on their box set offerings (last I heard) so only about 4 people have ever seen it via traditional means. 3 excellent season out there

Oh yeah, I've watched it and loved it. I am secretly hoping that now he has ties with Netflix that it might appear there.
Some of the people in FightWorld are wearing Navy Street t-shirts :)

Watched Stronger last night, thought it was excellent. Powerful performances by Gyllenhaal and Maslany.

Some beautifully talented artists out there , and easy viewing also :)

I’m watching this too! Love it! I tend to get a bit impatient and forward to the reveals!

The Haunting of Hill House was excellent.

Don't want to say too much about it because I'm using my phone and can't add spoilers alerts.

It's just simply a must watch.

Just finished the 5th episode of the haunting of hill house, it has been absolutely brilliant so far. The end of that last episode was so well done. I had planned on starting s2 of making a murdered tomorrow but it will have to wait until this is finished

Yea I'm 4 episodes in and its the first show in a while where i'm thinking "just one more.....". Really very good so far. Bears hardly any resemblance to the one with Liam Neeson too :P

Finished it last night and while I had the slightest feeling of it petering out a little bit at the end - probably more to do with my disappointment with it coming to an end - I thought it was a brilliant series which cleverly worked in a family drama into a very Gothic horror with some real standout episodes. Best thing I've seen on Netflix in a good while.

I've watched the first two of Haunting of Hill House, it's really good and I'm looking forward to watching more. As someone else said, it's not exactly scary but more creepy, there are a few jump scares thrown in for good measure too.

Is it just me or is it crazy that they're putting multiple new seasons of Netflix original shows on the same day? Seems very odd to add Daredevil and Making a Murderer on the same day, but I'm sure they've got some marketing reason.

Fairly different types of shows so not really that odd.

There's only 52 Fridays a year, if (when) Netflix has 52+ "quality" TV series, then there has to be some weekends where there's multiple new season releases.

True but I'd have worried that Making A Murderer would swallow Daredevil in the hype but I know ultimately it doesn't matter as people will watch what they want whenever they want. They'll have the subscriptions regardless.

Orange is the new black has really run its course IMO i loved it at the start but last few series have been a slog in parts, very little movement in storyline and just tonnes of flashbacks.

Really can't fathom why anyone would want to watch a second season of Making a Murderer.

People who liked the first season, might want to watch the second season. That's how TV works.

    It's not difficult.

To find out about the new evidence and what hope they have of finally finding out the truth?

I really can't fathom why people watch daredevil or its always sunny. Each to their own.

All this talk make me wants to quit my job, go home, lay on the couch for the weekend watching Netflix and then regret the decision on Monday when reality hits :)

Definitely. Do not watch the third season until you know what happened in the Defenders.
