Georgian House North Inner City

hello,
im interested to know what price georgian houses go for on the market if the building is not a site ?? (Dublin North inner city)

i would also like to know (not sure of the name of the scheme - scheme for builders to recoup their losses over a period of time) if a builder buys a georgian house for say 300k what will it sell for if the builder takes this action.
