Keeping my tan

I don't use false tan usually. I'm just back from holidays abroad and got a nice golden colour. Used factor 50 all the time but still got a nice glow. Can anyone recommend a product to maintain a tan?

I know theyre unhealthy but a few minutes on a tanning bed could help keep the tan, cocoa brown is meant to be good and tan moisturizers gradually build a nice tan too.
