I want to upgrade from my bridge camera (canonpowershot sx 50 hs) to canon m50

I have two options for kit lens:

either to buy it with two lenses
    Canon EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM & Canon EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM

    or one lens

    Canon EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM

If i buy the later one it would mean less hassle, any pro / contra for either choice?

Choices choices :). The M50 is a super camera, I have the M100 but I got it when being phased out with EF-M adapter, Speedlite flash, 18-55mm and 22mm lenses for cheap money

I too am getting the M50, it will come with a EF-M 15-45 kit lens. However, I have the 18-55 STM which I understand is somewhat better and I have an EF-S 55 to 250mm that will fit on it. The 15-45 mm is a plastic mount lens but the 18-55 is a metal bayonet.

the EF-M 18-150 mm will cover most needs, how good the glass is I don't know.

As I have the EF to M adapter I will probably get a fast zoom, EF 24 to 70 mm 2.8 which equates to 38 mm to 120mm. So my everyday set-up will be a Canon M100 with 15-45mm STM and for travel etc I will use the M50 with adapter and EF 24 -70mm 2.8 or the 18-55 mm or 55 to 250 EF-s F3.5 to 6.3 or 22mm

The 15-45 & 55-200 gives you a larger range. The 15-45 is a reasonable lens, the 55-200 has a good reputation, as does the 18-150. Personally I'd go with the first option... as thats what I did with my M6. I also picked up the 22mm Prime & 11-22 Wide... I have most bases covered...

55-200 is my safari, portrait lens (bokeh!)
22 is my street, evening lens
    11-22 interiors and architecture

I'd be interested to pick up the macro lens, but now I'm just being greedy

If you go to Youtube check out Christopher Cross photography, he has tested every variant of M lens on his M3. He has videos on each one of the lens and a comparison video on the 15-45 and 18-55 STM

The big question is, what do you want to shoot?

If it was me, I would go with the 18-150mm. That is a pretty great all rounder type lens. It is wide enough for almost all landscape type images, or urban stuff. And 150mm is plenty long for sports/nature stuff as well. As for the other kit, the 55-200mm is a pretty speciality lens. It's too long as a walk-about lens, but it would be good for sports/nature given it goes all the way to 200mm. And the other lens, is grand really, but imo the 18-150 covers most of the range of the other two and from I've read the quality is pretty similar across all these lenses.

I ordered it with the 18-150 mm lens although it was more expensive than the two lens kit
    I hope I'll like it :)
