There is an automated filing station near me where you pay first at the machine and then fill up. There is a HGV diesel pump there, is that the same as what goes in your car? I'm guessing it's red diesel?

Unless you are in the UK there is no red diesel, its green in the South. The HGV pump has the same diesel as the normal pumps it just has a higher flow rate to fill their tanks quicker.

On the European Continent ones the HGV Nozzle is larger than normal and won't fit in a standard car nozzle.

It's just a higher flow rate as they trucks will take hundreds of euros to fill.

Had a santa Fe that they fit into no bother

The only thing was it was top oil diesel and I did have an issue with injectors on said car

But to be honest I think that was because it was a bucket of ****

Topaz/circle K have a few plotted around. Would have no hesitation using them if I had a car with a bigger hole that could take it .......

    Hehehe

If you take a bit more time removing the fuel cap and are gentle, the bigger nozzle might fit next time.
