Cattle ID Card Error

    I've noticed and error on the cattle ID card for one of my calves - anyone know who I need to contact to get it corrected?

    Form er94b download it fill it in and send it and the card to local dvo

    Thanks a million - do you know what the PREMIUM Status column refers to? It's coming up as a mandatory field for completion
