How to cancel Dublin bike subscription online?

Hi all, My Dublin bike subscription is up for renewal, but I would like to cancel it because I live abroad. I've been searching for the best of half an hour, but I can't find the elusive contact form, only the call centre number. Does anybody know how to find the online chat form? Many thanks!
