I have said I'm going to give a full readslist later, is that not more info for others to pore over than three names that most will either bandwagon on, or pick out of the sky?

    Yet again being aggressively defensive.
Im not marching or ordering anyone Orla, and you are misleading people to say it.
Its not MY way, its the organised way the village can gather our information together.

Well I'm not doing it. And why am I being aggressive and defensive yet, it is you who stated:

'I want FFAs from everyone, by the way.'

I'm trialling a new method, and if that makes me a target, so be it.

Thats not what i said. Go back and quote me properly like a good girl.
I said what i want, not 'everyone do this now'. You know you were characterizing me. Dont try to turn it on me, just because im on to your shtick.
You always trial new methods and the last two times that i can remember you doing so, they have been disasters and the village has lost valuable time and compliance. Instead of spending time interpreting data, we spent it debating whether to do the new method or not. Im just glad you are getting this out of the way relatively early this time.

Jesus so you are actually going to do one then, really.

 No, I'm just not giving a three person FFA, I'm doing a full readslist, as I already said?

    How is that lying?

@Orla Do one or dont. Your choice. I have been a wolf in previous games and been caught rapid as a result of FFAs. Im sure a lot of people have found the same.
Today's work will catch, at least, tomorrow's wolves.

To be clear; i want everyone to do an FFA.

Gab, this is exactly what you said.

I disagreed and want to do it a little differently?

What's the issue - it sounds like an order to me.

Good luck with that Gab :P

I'm giving a readslist later in an effort to try something different. No FFA from me.
Take my reads list as my entry when I post it if you like but I abhor FFAs. I have seen the light.

You want engagement, involvement and people posting?

Get folks to post their opinion on everyone, even if it's null it's info we can use later if that person flips wolf.
    Orla WW wrote: »
    :D It's always me.

I'm happy with whatever but I wanna try the readslist thing as a new tactic.

If you have to you can take my bottom 3 as my FFA, but it's something I wanna try anyways.

Like look at Winnie (null to wolf lean at the mo for me btw), she's fired up three, now two names with no reasoning at all - it's a lazy way out.

Get people to say how they feel about EVERYONE - and then we have some tangible data.

    Even if it's a null read/no opinion, it's a starting point.

1st post: No FFA from me
2nd post: Ah really i am giving you an FFA

Yeah, because you are being defensive.

I stated what i wanted to do. Its only an order if im in a position of authority, which i am not.

So why are you being defensive when it comes to what others are saying?

You are deliberately misreading my posts, I can't tell if it's cos you're annoyed or if you're a wolf, but read them again.

I said I was going to do a readslist, I haven't changed that at all?

    Pointless arguing on this
@orla, can you just order your read list, stick an ffa tag at the top and let us know if you’re happy to have top three included?

Rest of it can be used later but we still get info for ffa

Lol I'm not annoyed at all. I'm resigned to your silliness.

It won't be top three, but yeah you can include my bottom 3.

Reads lists go from top to bottom

    Town Lean

    Null Lean

    Wolf Lean

I'll stick a hashtag on top, even a cherry if you like though :D

To avoid a Gabs/Orla distraction how about you (if it's you collating them Babs) just take Orla's 3 strongest reads from his full read list or whatever new thing he's doing and add it to the FFA count

Yeah but read the posts again, there's nothing contradictory in them at all.

 Yeah, and derailing the thread with your incessant GIFFING isn't counter-productive? Glad to know I've likely one name for my FFA tomorrow anyways.

Most of the communities skills have raised enough that they know how to game FFAs. Just because you lacked the skill set to hide yourself from FFAs does not mean that almost everybody else knows how to.

Orla said they would give reads on more than 3 people. Thats better than what you are asking for. She even said, just take here bottom three of her reads list as her FFA.

I don't understand you yet Gabriel. But I'm trying to.

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 4,046 ✭✭✭Gabriel WW

There is but I'm not getting bogged down in it.

Do your read list that has an FFA in it.

    Lol amazing shade.

There are lots of people who have been caught.

I spoke to my first hand knowledge so I'd welcome more on your first hand knowledge of when you gamed an FFA.

Your understanding of me is largely irrelevant to me. I'm a nothing, so the best thing I can do is question everyone, including loud mouths like Orla. I have nothing to lose from doing so.

I'd like you to do a full reads list, tbh.

To throw in my 2 cents on this issue. I don't like FFA's on day 1 as I think it's just mud slinging and ways of trapping people into making choices based on nothing. D1 lynches are usually mistakes.

In saying that however I have a much better chance of putting 3 people in a suspicious/warranting more investigation list than giving a read on absolutely everyone in the village. So Orla, go right ahead and give us all your list. No problem with that. I'll probably try to hash together something like an FFA this evening. I've maybe 1 person I'd put on it so far. But as I said, it's only for a wishy washy reason.

I’m on mobile all day today Abigail, and missing for a chunk later, will find it tough to collate these

tbh I think I got you mixed up with Gabby. Always do with these WW accounts on the first day or two. Gabby being the one starting the FFA conversation I thought may be planning on colating them.

  • Forum Games Player Posts: 4,046 ✭✭✭Gabriel WW

So that's a no to expanding on how to game an FFA?

I'll be doing my FFA as per normal and there will be reads in there. Anything more than that today wouldn't honestly be waffle and box ticking.

Seems like an effort at compromise to be honest. If the FFA and the long feeling list are both # the same way the it should be easy still to search through them as needed. I put forward #comp1 for tonight's list.

Nah I won't be around to do it unfortunately. Little angels will be going down at 7, so I'd only be able to collate after 730/8 chisler depending. That's too late imo.

That's what Day 1 FFAs are generally.

I'm not gonna lie, a LOT of people haven't posted enough for me to give an indication either way yet tbh. My list will have a lot of nulls I'm hoping (assuming I live of course) that I can elaborate on tomorrow.

Look I'm grand with you providing whatever you wanna do. I just think it's as easy for wolves to hide in too much noise/info as it is for them to hide in silence.

FFAs are neat and easy and get us started. It's not too much to ask anyone, and any mistakes or denominations can be explained later, if the person puts in the minimum of effort.
