    Reg fee off, I think, so save €25 on sign up. Not in the office at the moment so not totally sure on detail. Valid for a week or three. Some ad promotion that we're doing but haven't seen it yet.

I tired training home, + cycling, but is not working. The best, at least for me is swimming, sauna and some light weights...

    Looking to join westwood gym, after asking a number of people who are members in various different locations it seems they were all offered different options with the "joining fee".  Can anyone advise whats the best deal I can expect for a year membership off peak paid in full at beginning, as it seems there is an element of haggling invloved....
