Lpt 5 form (general clearance)

Hi,

My solicitor tells ne I need to send above form into revenue to apply for general lpt clearance.

Can anyone tell me what the form means when it asks "explanation as to why agreed sales price does not come within any of the general clearance conditions"?

I know I can ask my solicitor on Monday but would prefer to get it in the post today.

in short..its to make sure you have your lpt paid

its to do with the value the council set back whenever and the current sale price. your solicitor should sort it for you
