Not sure, and I stand to be corrected, but bonding is a requirement for a certain size of turnover and above. EV, by the sound of it, were well into the territory of requiring bonding, but obviously didn't bother, or simply didn't care.

This company seemed to be riding this out until Joe and Co. came sniffing around last week. We'll never know if Exploring Vacation's would have got back on their feet or went to the wall on their own without the little nudge from Jow.
