Log a Complaint.

    Why does this page state you will reply to my complaint in 2 business days ?

    It has been over 4, and no reply. To be honest i am not surprised.

    Absolute disgracesful customer service.

    The fact Eir dont even send an automated mail to acknowledge the complaint says it all really, no paper trail.

    I'm very sorry to hear that you have not had any response from the complaints team,  I understand this is frustrating. 

    If you contact them directly on 1800 200 481 they will be able to assist you there.

    Electronically, i dont want to speak to anybody on a telephone, whats my next course of action ?

    Its now 5 business days, will be 6 @cob today.
