Recipe Book for basic home cooking.

As per the title I'm looking for recommendations for a recipe book which covers mostly dinners/main courses.
A book thats preferably Irish, using ingredients I can actually buy easily in Tesco or Dunnes, I usually cook via recipes from my mother, friends etc, I love good hearty tasty no bullsh1t food.
If anyone knows a good book I could buy for myself please post the name of it, thank you
