Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Discuss here anything got to do with GAA (Inc. Intercounty) in the Faithful county.

Some good results recently bar the Westmeath encounter. A turn in fortunes?

Only one previous post on this thread dating back to May 2016.Hopefully the news that John Maughan is the new Offaly football Manager will generate a bit of debate.

Wow, that could be a reflection on just how far GAA has fallen in the county.

Not sure Maugham is a great appointment. He will definitely need lads who know the club scene well in Offaly.

He can't be any worse than the ridiculous appointment of Stephen Wallace.I think Tommy Carr will also be part of his team, not sure if that is a good idea.Pity Paul Rouse was unable to continue as Manager.

Yeah I'm happy enough with the appointment too. Was disapointed to see the last lad leave but he has pedigree about him.
