Spare parts for hearing aid

Hi All, Can anyone tell me where I can get domes for a Siemens Octiv M? It's a free hearing aid from the hospital but I've no idea where to get spare domes and things. Are they all the same for every model or specific to the model? Can you get them in a pharmacy? New to all this.

Their hearing aid batteries are expensive! Hidden Hearing sell 6cell pack of batteries for €1 (you need to sign up to their free battery scheme though)
