Google Nexus 5x screen is acting up-Fix?

I just paid like 1 week ago to fix my Google Nexus 5x screen, I picked up my phone earlier and notice the screen is displaying the screen that is typical if the screen itself was cracked however it's completely clear and flawless. Anybody have any idea of what gives? I can't believe it.
