Hi,

I know there are a few previous threads anbout hurl makers in Galway, but some of them are years old and looking for a fresh 2018 perspective.

Who makes a good hurl these days?

Makes a nice hurl. Cannings always seem to split up the middle. There's another lad on the Ballinasloe side of Loughrea on the old N6. Don't know his name though.

There's a TJ Larkin in Killimor. I had forgotten about him. - http://www.larkinhurls.com/
I found out since that the guy I linked to on Google maps earlier is also Larkin.

Wouldn't have a clue. I never bought from either but I'm sure both would be reputable.

I've heard TJ Larkin is good all right, very easy to find as well Killimor is only a small village

Old thread I know. Does anybody know if a Rabbitte lad near Craughwell is making hurls?

Think he made hurls before for Jason Flynn.
