Home made scone with real butter and home made, fresh blackberry jam... picked the berries yesterday, and after tasting the jam, may never eat shop jam again... ( total cost by the way? under a euro for three jars. including the gas,)

will be lovely on ice cream later..

Had people over for coffee, so stuffed with coffee, lemon drizzle cake, scones with homemade blackcurrant and gooseberry jam, jam tarts and Viennese whirls. That's all the recent baking devoured; I sense that the oven will be in full swing tomorrow or Tuesday.

Tried one of Icelands "no bull" burgers today. Recommended on the food forum. Very impressed. Had it on a bun with pickles, burger sauce, onion, tomato and cheese. Nom nom.

I'm full now, but in the mood to eat. Have a goo for a scone or cake. And I know who to blame that on!
