    coffee... made myself venture out to feed the hens before I had it! They got warm porridge! Dog and cats are on fresh raw chicken drumsticks....

    Scrambled eggs on toast, and a coffee.

    Had a spontaneous away day yesterday, no cooking involved. :)

    early dinner.... I ordered a York cabbage this week and such a fresh beauty, a solid size,, Being on my own can make veg a problem as I hate waste.. so I chopped and cooked 2/3 of it, had some with cottage pie and will portion and freeze the rest. Rather fine..

    No, the wrapper is purple, there are different Cadbury's snack bars, so they tend to go by the wrapper colour. :)

    brown rice with vegetables and a fried egg...bit boring..but want to lose a bit of weight this week because there's a long weekend away planend next week with a good friend of mine and we both like to indulge in culinary pleasantries..:D
