I would expect coaches left unattended in a Doobalin coach park overnight would have no wheels in the morning.

Security presence should prevent that. Worth paying for.

Regarding directions, had anyone used the following expression:

"...hang a left at McDonald's bud..."

Very common in the ballyer area

    Helicopter, alongside Papa Francis.

In fairness it is a huge trek from Hino to the papal cross. I know the Kylemore Luas is close by but I'm sure it will be chock a bloc.

Don't be ridiculous, Joe doesn't share with anyone

I recall the last Papal Visit I was anywhere near, in Glasgow, 1979-ish. It was held in Bellahouston Park, which is a similar size, iirc, to Phoenix Park. It was surrounded by reasonably wide roads, all of which were lined with coaches for the day.
Simple stuff. Coaches turned up, disgorged their passengers, and remained where they were for a few hours, so that people knew where their coach was.
Of course, there was traffic management, but since I was far enough away from the event, I wasn't affected by it.
I suppose the car parking density in Dublin nowadays is far higher than the previous visit, so the roads would have to be cleared of residents' cars for it to work. I can imagine the furore if that were to happen.

Joe is such a grief ghoul, all he's interested in is the darkest moments of the poor woman's life, not her well made points at all.

Dubalin Bus did a splendid job in Dublin in 1979, the only time they ever did in those days. Re Pope in Glasgow. Two years later I stayed in a b&b on the beautiful Isle of Barra, and the daughter of the house had been the singer at that event.

The girl involved in this crash was on with Joe before. One of the lads had a daughter was coming up to her communion.

    Hospital in Tobruk?

Nah, Galway. Sounds like a Tobruk hospital would be better.
