The way you put it seemed like you where referring to the whole family, and the parents are just people who believe a certain way because they where raised with a different moral standard than you and me.

I'm not disputing the fact that her life is of her own making. What isn't of her own making is the way she's been ripped to shreds on here and combing through her social media to tear her apart some more. That's moral high horsery. So bloody what if she's buying crystal or posting about a couple of shítty bottles of plonk. I still wouldn't call that living the high life.

You don't see 'genuine' cases giving interviews to the media because they know they too will likely have their lives shredded to bits and picked apart on social media.

She's obviously not playing the game very well when she ends up having her life ripped apart on social media. That's just kicking someone when they're down, and nobody's handing out prizes for that shít.

I'm genuinely gobsmacked that you will continue to try defend her knowing that she is trying to manipulate herself into someone else's spot on the housing list. You can now see how she has exploited her children in the process.

I don't know why I keep repeating this but I believe that FG are the party of homelessness. They have ignored it for years and are now trying to juggle the figures to keep them below 10k when they are closer to 11k. We have shocking homeless statistics. This woman isn't one of them. She tried to jump the queue where in reality she should be sent to the bottom of the queue. She doesn't represent homelessness in any shape or form. She is not a poster child & should be kept away from the homeless champagne

You're clearly not more informed than most on this case because you're still banging on about her "skipping the queue" and "taking a place from someone else", when it's been explained to you a number of times already that the housing list isn't turns based, it's based on an assessment of need, and they prioritise those in greater need of accommodation than those who aren't in as great a need of accommodation.

You're overstating the idea that you think she's making a fool out of anyone because her and her familys needs will still be assessed the same as anyone elses, and with six children she and her family are obviously going to be a higher priority on the housing list than someone with no children. That's the way the housing list works, except in this case and many others like it, the system isn't working, and needs to be changed. There isn't any jumping queues or being put to the bottom of queues when the criteria are based on an assessment of the person's need of accommodation, and yeah, we do have an issue in this country with the number of people on the list who are homeless and in need of accommodation, but nobody is going to stick their head above the parapet when they're likely to have their lives picked apart and told they aren't 'genuinely' homeless by people such as yourself who don't have the foggiest notion what they're talking about.

About the only thing we do agree on is that indeed - flogging a dead horse does come to mind, because no matter how many times you've been informed already that you're wrong, and ill-informed, and wherever you get your information you've been misinformed, you'll still insist that you're right and you're doing the public and people who are homeless a favour knowing full well how this thread was going to go.

I'm done here tbh, I'd be wasting my time contributing any further to this witch-hunt you created to kick a person when they're down.
