Is there a way of comparing social benefits ( Job seekers allowance, Illness Benefit, Contributory pension) in Ireland and the UK?
There's a significant difference in the headline rates but how do they compare when all of the associated payments are added on?

What is the relevance of this to this forum? I would suggest that I move it to another, although the purpose of your query would be important there.

Perhaps he's worried that people drawing social security in the UK are being ripped off compared to the largesse of the Irish state? or vice versa.....
