    Which one is better ?

    [ A ] Front of Garda Station

[ B ] House where one may have to sleep on the couch

    Pick A or B

I'm just glad I'm not in the unfortunate position of having to make that choice.

Again, there's dozens and dozens of families who have been forced into similar situations in the past few months alone. 8 others last night. It's not all a big stunt, there's people really struggling out there.

this story is a stunt. You have to be naive to think otherwise. Why else would you turn down better accommodation?

can you show where posters have taken joy in other people's suffering?

This woman's Facebook page is a revelation. Money for beer, vodka, crystal ornaments, and a Communion dress fit for My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding. Her sense of entitlement is shocking. This whole stunt has been choreographed beautifully. And the bleeding hearts are lapping it up. Well played Margaret Elizabeth Cash. Well played.

It's the bally ballyness of it that makes it all seem so bally bally.

If you had to spend 20 euro of your dole money a week to stay in one or the other, which would you choose and why?

Off to ignore. Bye bye. :D

Like I said, we're lucky to not be in that unfortunate position. Let's support those who are in anyway we can.

    Political answer! Good boy.
You're coming across very naive if you believe this whole story.

I don't have to do anything. Obviously it was a very difficult choice and one that was not suitable for the family for whatever reason, we don't know all the details but we should take the mother on her word. She has the best interests of her kids in mind and she chose the garda station.

No. It's like the modern version of the old biddies peeking out from behind their curtains and tut tutting their neighbours.

Maybe she thinks it's utterly irrelevant which it is, where 'cop on' comes in to play is her not knowing there are idiots out there who will comment on it!

Surprise surprise her Facebook account is deactivated
That'll give her time to delete Disney or like photos

I'm all for encouraging personal responsibility but some of the comments on here are fairly sick and depraved, did the children really ask to be born into ****ty circumstances?

I know a lot of people on here where brought up in ivory towers but that is just a simple luck of the draw, nobody asks to be born into whatever circumstances they happen to be born into.

The way some of you people comment on this you would swear they had a choice in the matter, it wouldn't be bad if you where just criticizing the mother but how dare you put down children like this.

I'm sure the bleeding hearts mob will work diligently to find a more suitable victim for their next stunt.

She's in a desperate situation and some people are taking the opportunity to attack her. What is wrong in people's lives? Why is their first reaction to abuse instead of helping?

Once again the lazy Irish media don't do even the most basic of research to get to the real story.

I'd say most people here have worked hard, have had their own struggles and when things were difficult did not go to disneyland on holidays, or jump about on sunbeds or had seven children in 11 years.

You see most people are responsible hard working taxpayers.

    She isn't. She's a scammer.

Pretty sure it's still up. There is a love heart frame on the profile picture, and her 1st post is about being in the garda station.
