    How long does it take for a notice to appear on a property after sending it in?

    Do you know if and when you check a property folio, sometimes on page 4 under burdens you may find a notice under that section.

    I don't want to go into too much details as to what it is but an application was sent in to apply a notice.

    As in a lis pendens or a burden? It doesn't usually take very long once it is opened by them it gets stamped and then takes priority over anything after.
