    Hi,

    Is it common for dealers to register their cars as individuals on motortax.ie?

    Found a car listed online as being sold by a dealer but listed as an individual on motortax site.

    Are they selling it through their dealership/garage or is it being sold as a private sale?

    It's being advertised as sold through their garage with 3 months "warranty" offered.

    The date on the transfer to an individual on the motor tax website is nearly 2 months ago, is it possible they already sold the car and didn't take down the advert?

    They seem to have an interesting selection. It looks like they may be importing hybrids. So did that to get the vrt and nct on it to sell off. Instead of sorting out vrt and nct post sale. (2hich other importers seem to do)
