Self Build - AIB Final Valuation

Hi all,
We are almost complete our self build and we are arranging to complete the "Final Valuation" to allow us to draw down the last stage payment from AIB.

My question is; Does anybody have experience of the final valuation process from AIB? What detail are they interested to see.

Here is what AIB said about the final valuation:

"It is now a central bank requirement that this is arranged through our valuations team (Ph 1890 100 051), rather than through the valuer directly. That wouldn’t have been the case for the original valuation"
