    Hi,

I got a replacement debit card weeks ago but didn't try to activate it until recently - the ATM didn't recognise it. Is there some sort of expiry when the card is issued that it has to be activated by? If so, is the only thing left that I can do ringing you up and requesting a second replacement card?

    Hi Tucker.Tim,

    Thanks for your post.

When a replacement card is issued it needs to be activated within 14 days or it will be cancelled, for security. You can request another card using the Ask a Question option in the Service Desk when logged on to 365 Online or by calling us on 0818365365.

    Thanks
    Tara
