How to find a list of Irish companies operating in a foreign country?

I'm looking for a list of Irish businesses operating in Uganda. Anybody know how to get this info? Thanks

I emailed Enterprise Ireland. They won't give me the list of businesses in Uganda due to "data protection" reasons.

I thought data protection only applied to humans and not businesses?
