I'd imagine Snapfish would be up there value wise.
Quality is also a consideration,

Snapfish app has a 50 free pic per month (just €4 p&p) on at the moment. I'm on a Lenovo tab and when I try to change the settings on the tab to Ireland in the language section, there is no option for Ireland, just English (Uk).
And so the Snapfish app won't accept my postcode.

Anyone know anyway to resolve this?
