Viewing transaction ID's on banking365

Hi, Is there any way I can view transaction ID's on banking 365. I need to prove that a certain transaction came from my card. Will getting a hold of the transaction ID prove this, and is there any other way of proving this? Thank you

Hi there,

Thanks for the message.

I'd ask you to raise this through the "Ask a question" section within the "Service Desk" tab of your 365 online profile and the advisers there should be able to get the transaction ID for any purchase showing on your account history.
