Anyone willing to share their results? I placed mid 2000 and just want to scope out how others higher did?

I would imagine that's not good?

I did the test and placed in the 600's and that seems fairly down the pecking order to me.

One thing I have to say is that some of the tests really irritate me, purely assessing your initial suitability for a role based on rather abstract questioning.

I assume if two people have the OOM 732, they scored the exact same and then there is no 733?

Low 100's absolutely delighted! I would imagine there will be quite a few people who placed within the first 900 that won't bother with stage 2 so i wouldn't lose faith if your higher. Anyway well done to everyone and best of luck in the rest of the campaign :)

Placed in the 300's, delighted looking forward to improving on that score in Dublin. Assessment questionare was the bit that let me down. Anyone who passed should not be disappointed at all, all the first 900 won't get through over the next stages and then they will keep going through the rest until vacancies have been filled, if worried about your number and the possibility of not getting called at all I'd call PAS for some reassurance.

Well done! Now need to prep for stage two, hoping I’ll get a test date before my holiday at the end of August lol. I’m dreading the interview though!

Anyone have any idea what my chances might be at 1777. Bit worried that it's too high

I recall a buddy scoring in the 2000's and he is now a member. There will be 800 taken on. Without a doubt people did the test having looked at people who previously attempted it. The same test again should weed out the ones who didn't do the test themselves. There'll be people who get other jobs or simply couldn't be arsed going to Dublin to sit the test again. Then the latter stages will also weed out people for various reasons. Keep the faith.

To be honest, I’m going to look at courses for stage 2. Just want to prepare as best as I can to get through it!

Here’s hoping, will sit tight anyway and apply again if needs be!

I think from the email we will get to choose our time slot to do stage 2 so we might get a few options.

    Three Batches, 900 per Batch = 33.3%. places 1-900 = Those that scored "A" (66.7%-100% Overall). 901-1,800 = Scored "B" (33.4%-66.6%).
1,801-2700 = Scored "C" (0%-33.3%). Maybe? But prob means nothing

I'm from the 2017 campaign with all stages completed and now just awaiting an offer of training. Don't be disappointed I placed in the 1500s on the oom after stage 1 but after the interview I was low 400s on the oom so I jumped over 1100 places during all the stages, the interview can make or break it for you.

Being 1777 on this stage will I still get called for stage 2 or will I just have to wait for the moment

I've no idea how high up the oom they will go but I've been told in previous campaigns they went all the way upto 2000.
They will bring people through to stage 2 in batches so you will be waiting alot longer than the top 1000, alot of people will drop out of the campaign so if you do get called make sure you ace stage two I highly recommend preparation courses if you have not already done any, they are worth the few quid they cost.

I don't mind waiting a while. I've a good bit of fitness work to do before the physical test so need to get in shape for that

Anyone know any report writing courses? I've already done job scenario. Scored in the 320 so very happy about that!

In the 50s..stunned and delighted. However I genuinely thought I messed it up and didn't go through. I know there is such a long way to go to even consider Templemore.

I feel so sorry for those who didn't pass this because I know how much it means to people but if you don't get called later in this campaign try again in the future and practice like mad for those tests, that's what I did!

I didn't get through on the last campaign so just to be 1777 for me is great even though I'm left wondering how long I'll be waiting or if I'll ever get through.

Just booked stage 2 course there. Thought the stage 1 course was excellent. Not as many courses for stage 2 however and only Dublin and Cork which is a bit annoying.
