On the couch procrastinating about getting ready to face another day,

Having a disjointed breakfast between reading books and playing with blocks. Just finished reading Commotion in the Ocean and was hit with "If we are at the top of the food chain, why do sharks eat us?"

    "Well...em…."

Having breakfast in the hotel here in Earl's Court London.
Farnborough Airshow was great yesterday.... Felt very special to be shown around brand new jets still in development through to executive jets one usually sees in the movies.
    Great day out.

Will head to the imperial war museum now then back here by 4pm then straight to Heathrow.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Bed... the kitchen looks like a war zone but as the usual shopping is due to arrive this afternoon... Did what was needful and left the rest. Today is for resting seriously aching body , eating and sleeping... all I had y'day was half a sandwich and then a slice of lemon cake... no regrets!

    This was the drive y'day

    Such skies.

You see much more of the lakes when you are driving.. I got as far as 10.48 .. The lady who guided me lives up there. Now THAT is remote

We're top of *our* food chain in *our* environment. We are entering shark's environment where they are top so they eat us. If they come in to our environment, we get to eat them.

Don't I know, but the question was from a not quite 4 year old.

Unless you're in pain...I'd give a kidney to get rid of a toothache ...they're expensive alright though I agree.

In bed and ignoring a message from my friend looking to meet for coffee,I want to go but can't drag myself to the shower and then trying to decide what to wear and I have to go into work later and I need to go shopping for food as having visitors tonight...procrastination is my middle name.😳

Sitting on my bed in a towel. Went for a shower to see if that would lhelp me to cool down, and I don't mean in body heat, in temper.

My mother just messaged me that the woman buying my house's solicitor has just mentioned that they want an engineer's report.

This sale was agreed before Christmas and they are only now asking for that? What the F are they at?! Its a cash sale so they go whistle. I am calling my solicitor in an hour or so and instructing them to tell her's that they have until 4pm tomorrow to transfer the funds to him or the deal is off and I am renting the house out from Monday.  I have lost about 6k in lost rental and arrears on the mortgage due to them being tossers.

Don't know whether to cry, jump off the building or go full on psycho and tear everyone around me a new one.

And if they don't sign, instruct your solicitor to pursue the for lost earnings

Done relaxing with the paper in the garden and contemplating what to have for dinner. It's absolutely lovely outside, so may eat al fresco.

    Now in Heathrow....

London adventure over for now.... Great city.
Imperial war museum is incredible..... Very well laid out and easy to follow the different war eras on each level.
Even the "troubles" in the north is dealt with well IMHO.

Having a beer now before flight to Shannon....

Betws y Coed in North Wales after a handy walk up Mt Snowden..
In the park having a can of Strongbow dark fruit cider, a lovely( but unhealthy) Spicy bean pasty, listening to Fleet Foxes, the sun is trying to break through...nice here.
